What’s holding you back…
…from completing that online course you’ve signed up for?
…from sticking to those New Year’s resolutions?
…from creating new, powerful, and lasting habits?
….from becoming the person you want to be?
Do you ever catch yourself thinking that maybe…
you’re “too lazy”?
you’re “not smart enough”?
you’re “just not cut out to be [insert whatever it is that you would like to be]”?
I’m here to tell that in all likelihood you are none of these things!
Let’s start with some statistics:
That online course you signed up for but never completed?
On average only 10% of people who enrol in online courses ever complete them (and the figure may be as low as 0.7% according to some estimates!).
That New Year’s resolution you didn’t stick to?
Statistics show that 88% of those who set New Year’s resolutions fail.
See? There’s nothing wrong with you.
The truth is that for the vast majority of us
creating new habits,
changing behaviours that no longer serve us,
becoming more organised, more disciplined, more consistent…
can be difficult!
What can you do to boost your chances of joining the 10% of the population that
complete what they set out to do?
hire a coach
It’s not a sign of weakness.
It’s not “cheating”.
It’s knowing your limitations.
It’s knowing you’re human.
It’s boosting your chances of achieving your goals!
It’s investing in your future success.
Change can be challenging…
Here’s how it works:
Your first consultation
Good chemistry between the coach and the client is the starting point.
I can tell you about my experience, my qualifications, my passion for coaching, but it won’t mean a thing if we don’t connect on a deeper, human level.
The client-coach relationship requires trust and good communication.
During our first meeting, I will tell you more about coaching and answer all your questions.
This first session is free and will take about 30 minutes.
It takes place on ZOOM. It can be in English or Polish.
what next?
Nothing.
…at least for 24 hours.
I always encourage my clients to “sleep on it”. If after 24 hours we still feel we would like to work together,
we embark on your journey.
Here’s some more things you might want to know before booking your first consultation:
-
There are many misconceptions about coaching, and many people who have no qualification, but insist on calling themselves “coaches”. I have completed over 400 hours of coach training and my definition of “coaching” and my coaching practice are both strictly in line with the definition of the International Coaching Federation (ICF): “ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfilment.” (source: https://coachingfederation.org/about)

As a coach my job is to accompany my clients on their path - wherever it may lead them. You set the goal and I stand by your side as you take actions to achieve it.
Having said that, I have a particular passion for helping my clients create new habits, build consistency, and sustain long-term motivation.

Coaching, to a large extent, is about the relationship between the coach and the client. This takes time. That’s why we start off with 3 sessions (60 minutes, once a week).
After that, we make a plan how we want to continue working.
-
The Chemistry Session is free of charge.
Your first package of 3 session: 180 euros or 850 PLN.

Sessions take place on ZOOM (or a similar platform).
